Re: Le Cinéma
Just finished Bojack Horseman S3 today. I can honestly say with 100% confidence, I have never watched a show that I like identify so much with. Season 3 is incredible. I mean not sure how much you guys know about Bojack, but its basically about self-loathing. And just about how life is hard. It really echoes a lot of things I experience. Not that I'm self-loathing all of the time, no no. The show is just super relevant. And I think I've mentioned this, but this is the shows like I think fanbase tagline: "Came for the laughs, stayed for the story" or something like that. I see such similar things to this everywhere. People do not expect the layers in this show. Its weird, because most comedies that I've seen are layered comedy (e.g. Arrested Dev, the Office, Blue Mountain State***), but Bojack is like comedy with like really melancholy and desperate themes underneath. Really good, take my word for it. I don't really feel this strongly about many things, that should be indication enough.
*** Blue mountain state is highly recommend. On the surface, it seems like a college age comedy series about drugs, drinking, sex, etc. that wouldn't really appeal to some (**note, the new reboot movie of BMS, called BMS: Thad Land or something, is infact a dumb college comedy that is GARBAGE dont watch it). But again, take my word for it, this show is great. It is genuinely well formulated comedy.
Also special note II, another actually good college comedy is 22 Jump Street. Actually super funny.
Note III: american pie is about sex and drinking and i think those movies are genuinely great

Re: Le Cinéma
Bojack does seem like it could be a very enjoyable show. At first glance it seems like it would be some sort of Family Guy inspired poop, but it is definitely a whole lot better than that. I also find it interesting that the world is full of humans and anthropomorphic animals. I like when cartoons do that sort of thing. Reminds me of Dragon Ball and Regular Show.
I'll probably give the show a watch when I finish watching Reg Show. I also need to watch 21/22 Jump Street and American Pie at some point.

Re: Le Cinéma
Guys, if you want a sick ass cartoon to watch, I'd highly recommend regular show. It's really funny but the humor is super intelligent. It's not to say it isn't funny, it's just not the kind of humor that goes over your head.
The characters are all loveable and some of the stuff they do in the show reminds me of things we would do. It's really hard to describe the show, but if I were to give it a stereotypical view, I'd say it's a stoner show for kids. Check it out sometime!

yo Vyzor! watch this it got me pumped to watch some of the goldy oldie horror movies you own.
Which is esepcially bonkers 'cause apparently the dude has a kid now. That's supposed to be, like, instant 10-year aging.

Yeah.
Yeah, I've also heard great things about Bojack. I agree that at first glance it doesn't look like a show that would be at all exceptional.

Don't know if you guys have seen this yet or not, it's about how the skull kid gets the Majora's Mask, sick animation and kind of freaky.

That was some nice animation right there. The characters looked as good as any CG movie out right now. My only dislike was Skull Kid's voice....too deep
