So does anyone else listen to music when they're jogging and if they run for long enough the music start's to sound like it's slowing down? Is that, like, my perception of time adjusting?

I do listen to music whenever I run, but idk about this, man. 
I'm guessing it might also depend on the time of music? You should experiment to see if your psychologically damaged or not.

I think pink floyd is incredible, also that hail to the thief is a wonderful album, also that There There is a wonderful song, also that radiohead sounds VERY good live, also that i wanna reach a radiohead and weezer concert, also that Wish You Were Here is the best pink floyd album and anybody who tells you otherwise is WRONG
