I realized this game didn't have an idea thread yet so, here it is!
I wrote up some stuff about it and will update this main post with new ideas and what not.

-Main Story points-
-General theme of the story is to show the bad exposure most people experience when growing up.
-Marco, Pollo's dark side, is actually meant to represent what Pollo fears he will end up like when he grows up.
-Pollo, a farm boy, is told by his father to gather wood from the forest.
Upon entering the woods, he comes across a huge log. When he looks through the bottom to see the other side, all he sees is darkness.
He then starts to crawl though the fallen tree and when he comes out the other side, he has actually entered the world of Corruption/Mirror.
Surprised by this new world, he then looks through the log again from where he came, but this time he sees only the world of Corruption and his own face.
He lifts his head in which the person on the other side does too. It actually is Marco.
-Villains-
Ambrogino Scimone: An Italian looking mobster. Represents corruption through money. While wandering through the world, Pollo stumbles upon Ambrogino's turf.
He sends his mobsters after Pollo for entering his territory, who has to fight them off. Eventually reach his hide-out and have a one-on-one fight with him.
Design inspiration: Pete (Disney), Capone Bege (One Piece). Always has cigar hanging from mouth. Wears pinstripe suit. Uses a tommy gun
