i think im going to shift into more active hobbies, such as snowboarding, hiking, skateboarding, running, etc. maybe some pick up sports as well.

it has absolutely preyed on the reward centers in my brain, and has had very detrimental effects in my life.
I've missed opportunities in life that I likely won't get back, and have spend alot of time i won't get back. I regret my dependence on this game.
I also deeply regret this game influencing my recent visit with Spam in BC. FUCK Dota. It's contributed to so much not even negativity more just loss and idling. Which feels gross, at least negativity is something.
