How to Perpetuate Humanity and the Planet

So Trump's inauguration tomorrow has got me thinking, the tipping point for Global Warming, as ill defined a term as it is, is fast approaching. This point of no return was brought about mostly by the generations that preceded us, they've pushed us to the edge.
It also reminded me of the Ocean Cleanup Project. It was founded in 2013 by Boyan Slat, a man born in 1994. Now I know this project alone isn't going to save the world, but it goes to show that not only is our generation gonna be the ones to start bringing the planet back from it's threshold, but that NOW is our time to do so.
We're men, we're women (just in case Sam Day is still on this), and right now we stand on the brink, staring down into bloody hell.

So we can either figure out how to push our way back, or we can wait, and try to figure out a way to stick the landing.

I vote to all travel into the depths of my festering wart and start anew amongst the scores of blood and viscera contained within.

Haha yeah I was thinking more like interesting tidbits of hopeful tech like the Protocycler for example, this bad boy can recycle old or failed 3D printed projects.

i'd always envisioned the planet would get fucked and everyone would dip into the depths of space. I would stay behind and tame the frustrated, feral planet until the bittersweet end.
